Vyne Ring is available in sizes 7 to 13. Use this guide to find your size before ordering — or request a free sizing kit.
How to Measure
1
Cut a paper strip
Cut a thin strip of paper about 10 cm long and no more than 1 cm wide.

Wrap your finger
Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger where you plan to wear the ring. Mark where the paper overlaps.
3
Measure & compare
Lay the paper flat and measure the length in mm. Find your measurement in the table below.
Pro tip: Fingers change size throughout the day — they're slightly larger in the evening and after exercise. We recommend measuring at the end of the day for the most accurate fit. If you're between sizes, go one size up.
