We are committed to providing you with the best online shopping experience. Behind the scenes, there is a fully dedicated team handling everything—from order confirmation to packaging and shipping.
Vyne works directly with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. This allows us to offer exclusive products. After your order is completed, your package will be shipped directly from our international logistics center to the address provided at checkout, except for customers who selected customized local shipping options.
To maintain transparency in our services, it is important to clearly outline the following conditions:
- Discount coupons are not cumulative
- The invoice (when applicable) is issued based on the service intermediation (logistics/import process), as our products are imported and this is the applicable legal taxation method
- In case of loss or delivery issues related to our carrier, a new shipment will be arranged, and the delivery timeframe will restart
- For exchanges, we do not cover return shipping costs (please check product measurements on the product page; we are available for any questions before purchase)
