We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your Vyne Ring for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Is the Vyne app free?
Yes. The Vyne app is completely free for iOS and Android. No subscription required — all features are unlocked with your ring purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How do I know which size to order?
We recommend ordering a free sizing kit before purchasing. It ships at no cost and includes sizers for every size from 7 to 13. Simply select "Free Sizing Kit" at checkout.
Can I wear it in the shower, pool or ocean?
Yes. Vyne Ring is water resistant to 50 meters (5ATM). Shower, swim, surf — wear it anywhere without worry.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days on a single charge. Charging takes about 60–90 minutes via the magnetic wireless charger included in the box.
