Returns & Refunds

Short version: If you're not happy with your Vyne Band for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — full refund, no questions asked.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is covered under our 2-year warranty (see Section 6).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original packaging or reasonably protected for return shipping
  • Include all original accessories (charging cable, documentation)

We accept returns on used items — you don't need to return the product unused to qualify for a refund. If you tried it and it's not right for you, that's enough.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window without prior approval
  • Items that have been deliberately damaged or tampered with

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at support@vynedevice.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return (optional but helpful)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

If you paid with a credit card, your refund may take additional time to appear depending on your card issuer's processing time.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@vynedevice.com within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Please include a photo or short description of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

7. 2-Year Warranty

All Vyne Band orders include a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers:

  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by physical damage
  • Sensor failures
  • Charging port issues
  • Display defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage from drops, impacts, or improper use
  • Water damage beyond the rated 5 ATM resistance
  • Normal wear and tear (strap, screen scratches)

To make a warranty claim, email us at support@vynedevice.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider — processing times vary
  • If you've done both and still haven't received it, contact us at support@vynedevice.com
